All pieces are made to order and will receive confirmation before an order is put in place. After the confirmation, an order is in production, and we are no longer able to issue a refund. If you are unhappy with what you receive, please reach out and we can offer solutions on a case by case basis. We want to ensure your happiness and we’ll remain flexible to work with you.

All orders can be canceled within 24 hours of the initial purchase and/or before a piece is moved into production.
